CS:Go players can choose between two different game modes to play either competitively or just for fun. The first mode is Casual and the other one is Competitive. The differences between both modes are that in the Casual mode you have a much higher chance to get better items and much more money to spend on them, but in exchange your CS:GO level will be reset every time.
In the competitive mode this isn’t possible because you have a fixed CS:GO rank . After a certain period of time you have to upgrade your cs go rank if you want to play competitively. cs:go ranks provide a great incentive for players, as they aim to achieve cs:go rankings which would give them csgo ranks .
In the Casual mode cs:go level won’t be reset, but this doesn’t mean your csgo rank will be higher after a match. csgo ranks you can earn cs go ranks with better csgo level, but the cs:go level doesn’t mean that much in this game mode.
